Learn How to Retrieve, Not What to Retrieve – Contemplate a Philosophy Major

What exercise we believe and why do we believe it? Who are we and why are nosotros here? What ought nosotros do and why should we practice it? Philosophy encourages critical and systematic enquiry into fundamental questions of right and incorrect, truth and falsehood, the meaning of life, and the nature of reality, knowledge and society. More than any other discipline, philosophy explores the core bug of the Western intellectual tradition. Philosophy encourages the student to codify questions and follow arguments.

Philosophy provides an excellent grooming for law school and other professional programs, as well every bit a solid foundation for a career in business, pedagogy, writing, or public service.
